True's TSSU-60-16 is a prep table that comes well-equipped for even the busiest of kitchens. It features True's standard oversized refrigeration system designed to bring down and maintain the temperature level, as well as an easily removed condensing unit to allow for ease of maintenance. The TSSU-60-16 also comes with self-closing doors to ensure cold air stays inside the unit and with 16 food pans to allow the creation of a wide variety of soups and salads. All of this comes housed in a sleek stainless steel exterior that will fit well in any kitchen.
