- Top openings are sized to accept 12" x 20" food pans.
- Poly cutting board and stainless steel dish shelf standard.
- Table body and top constructed of highly polished 20 gauge 430 series stainless steel.
- Water pan constructed of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel all seamless construction, complete with 1.5" diameter brass drain.
- Fixed galvanized steel undershelf included; adjustable undershelf available - see options below.
- Legs are 1.625" (5/8) galvanized tubing fitted with non-marking plastic feet.
- Full length poly cutting board 8" deep and 0.5" thick is mounted on stainless steel brackets on control side of unit.
- Burner assembly constructed of aluminized steel with straight flow energy-saving design for quick start up.
- 15,000 BTU burner on 2 and 3 opening models; 30,000 BTU burner on 4 and 5 opening models
- Natural or LP Gas service via 0.5" (1/2) N.P.T. pipe connection on right side.
