And while they hold a true half gallon (64oz), they're shorter and half the weight of other jars with comparable volume. Ergonomically designed allows 3-directional pouring. Solid state electronic keypad controls make cleanup a snap! No knobs or switches to clean. After each use, simply rinse out the container and you're ready to use it again.

How does it work?
- Buttons 1-4 have preset blending profiles for the most common commercial applications.
- Press and hold the 'S' button to choose a 55 second cycle in the speed of your choice (1-10). As you hold the button the motor advances from speed 1 to 2 to 3 (L.E.D. display shows which), etc. until you reach the desired speed. Press any numbered button to stop the cycle before timer expires.
- Press the 'P' button to pulse at speed 7.
