Here at Prima Restaurant Equipment our goal is pretty simple: customer satisfaction. That might sound like a cliched expression you’ve heard time and time again from companies. But we are genuinely concerned about making your experience our top priority. Just because we’re an online store does not mean that we need to lose a personal touch with our customers. That’s why our sales representatives are always ready to help customers and provide satisfactory solutions to their problems.
We’ve shaped our policies around this philosophy, creating clear advantages for our customers over our competitors in several areas. One such advantage is our free shipping policy. We believe our customers should be able to purchase their goods without having to worry about some hidden fee or high shipping cost. Another advantage for our customer is our price match guarantee and return policy. If you find an item at another company for less, we will match their price and beat it by one percent (See Price Matching Policy for full details). And if you have problems with the item, most items can be returned in like-new condition for a full refund (See Return Policy for more information).
Our policies aren’t the only thing that have been influenced by our philosophy. Our wide array of brands and products also comes from this philosophy, because we believe our customers should be able to shop comparatively so that they get the right product for their restaurant and commercial food equipment needs. We carry big names such as True, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki, Vulcan, and Vitamix, along with many other brands. We carry commercial refrigerators, ice machines, commercial grade stainless steel tables and sinks, commercial grade blenders and everything in between. The brands and products we carry are ultimately for your benefit and for your satisfaction.
Why buy Prima? Because we’re committed to you, our customer, from beginning to end.
It wobbles, no matter what I do.
Ordered this table last week for home use and it arrived promptly via UPS. Setup was a breeze after watching the tutorial video and I discovered a trick to setting up the bottom shelf on your own; with the table upside down, place a box on the underside of the tabletop and then slide the bottom shelf onto the legs so it lies flat against the box. This will level the bottom shelf and hold it in place so you can tighten the fasteners on each leg.
The table itself is moderately sturdy and the 16 gauge steel thick enough to take some abuse. The table is a bit wobbly since there is no back brace and the legs are not welded but this can be remedied by placing the table in a corner. I arranged my table in the middle of my kitchen with the side flush against the wall and the corner resting snugly where my window frame meets it.
Very fast shipment and the table came well packaged, but unfortunately UPS mishandled it a bit so there are minor dents on the sides. However, this does not detract from the rating since it is not Prima's fault. I would suggest, however, that freight shipment be an option for all products if this is possible. I would be willing to pay more if I knew it would protect my investment.
Sturdy, easy to install. 36" length only allows for attachment to one stud. Get yourself (3) 3/16 x 2" toggle bolts. Fast shipping, great price, will shop here again.
